Terms and Conditions & Client Agreement
1. Introduction Welcome to Pali Ke Kua Wellness. By purchasing or participating in PKKW's flush program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.
2. No Medical Advice The Program and all content provided by the Company, including but not limited to written materials, videos, consultations, and emails, are for informational and educational purposes only. The Company does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Program is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or new dietary program.
3. Client Responsibility
- Consultation with Physician: You agree to consult with your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before starting the Program, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a history of medical conditions, or are taking medications.
- Program Participation: You understand that your participation in the Program is voluntary and that any actions you take as a result of the Program's guidance are your responsibility. You agree to follow all guidelines provided by the Company and to listen to your body during the Program.
- Medical Emergency: If you experience any adverse reactions or medical emergencies during the Program, you agree to stop the Program immediately and seek emergency medical assistance.
4. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that the liver flush may involve risks, including but not limited to, allergic reactions, digestive discomfort, and other physical or psychological effects. By participating in the Program, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the Program's use.
5. Limitation of Liability The Company, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Program. This includes but is not limited to, personal injury, illness, death, or financial loss.
6. Program Results The Company makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of the Program. Results may vary based on individual health conditions, adherence to the Program, and other factors.
7. Payment and Refund Policy

- Refunds: The Program fee is non-refundable once the Program has started, except as required by law.
